|Recent stats of Ola Kamara and all Norwegian forwards to see European World Cup Qualifying time in Group C|
Ola Kamara scored 16 goals in 25 games for Columbus Crew SC last year.
Before that he scored 14 goals in 29 for Molde and 12 goals in 14 for Strømsgodset in Norway's Eliteserien. So, not a one time blip.
The Molde, Stromsgodset goals gained him notice, not surprising with those tallies occurring in Norway. That led to a run of caps in 2013, 2014.
The question is. Do Major League Soccer goals not gain as much notice?
If they do, he once again deserves Norway's attention.
They'll likely be as redeemable if a Bob Bradley, who started his professional coaching career in MLS, is given the job.
Kamara understands as much:
Bradley was apparently offered the Norwegian reigns a few weeks ago.Ola Kamara, on Norway NT future, from #MLS: "You always want to play for your country. Maybe if (coach is) Bob Bradley, that's good for me.— Richard Farley (@richardfarley) January 18, 2017
But, as of yesterday, the job looks to be going a different route.

Yet, considering Joshua King of AFC Bournemouth is the only Norway NT player to have any luck in the offensive third lately (and that's if you want to be polite) you would think Ola Kamara has to be even on Ole Gunnar's radar...
Or whoever the coach happens to be. As Norway's behind not only the Germans and the Czechs, but Azerbaijan and Northern Ireland.
They need help up top. Quick.
A new coach will look for new resolutions, players to bring in.
And the next three are winnable.
So far, Norway has a sole win against San Marino (who they still gave up a goal against) and losses to Germany, Azerbaijan, and the Czech Republic.
And only have 3 goals by forwards, 1 if it's not Joshua King.
Diomande, King, and 22 year old Veton Berisha played in a 3-0 loss to Germany in Norway. With Alexander Sorloth coming off the bench.
Norway followed that up with a 1-0 loss at Azerbaijan. With King, Diomande, and Helland starting. Alexander Sorloth and Jo Inge Berget came off the bench.
This time around Berget and King started, with Diomande coming off the bench. Norway beat San Marino 4-1.
But, to be nice everyone beats San Marino. King and Diomande scored.
Then Berget and King started again, with Diomande and Elyounoussi coming off the bench. 2-1 loss against Czech Republic, King scored.
Give Ola a run out on March 26th with King and etc. Think it may help turn things around.
