4/22/09: Hesmer Likely To Miss Chicago Game. Marshall, Rogers, and Noonan in Good Shape.

From Shawn Mitchell's, Injured Crew Goalkeeper Might Miss Game:

Crew goalkeeper William Hesmer is "very, very questionable" for a game Saturday against the first-place Chicago Fire, coach Robert Warzycha said yesterday.

Andy Greunebaum whose last go as a starter was rather shambolic(below video) against the New York Red Bulls will likely replace William Hesmer:

Seems Gruenebaum is excited though at another opporutunity this weekend:
"If I play, it will be good to get back out there," said Gruenebaum, who has a 2-6-5 record and 1.53 goals-against average in four seasons. "It's another chance to prove myself. I've kind of sat back and watched Will do what he does, and I've learned a lot from him."

And for some good news:
Defenseman Chad Marshall (facial bruise), midfielder Robbie Rogers (left hamstring) and forward Pat Noonan (back) practiced without limitation. Marshall and Rogers did not play against Colorado, and Noonan has not played this season since suffering a herniated disk in February.
